Shipment Processing Time

  All orders are processed within 2  business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

  If we are experiencing an unexpected high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we can’t guarantee shipping times.

Delivery estimates:
- US & CA 7-15 business days
- UK 7-15 business days
- EU 7-15 business days

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number / tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Supresell is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at team@supresell.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status. Please note our Refund Policy.
